M2-TONE tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Charak Pharma. M2-TONE tablet helps in regulation of menstrual cycle, supports fertility, improve ovulation, strengthens uterus and helps to relieve abdominal pain and weakness during menstruation.

4.	Jatamansi	Nardostachys jatamansi	Useful in treating anxiety, insomnia, amenorrhoea. Has antispasmodic properties.
5.	Shatavari	Asparagus racemosus	Has antioxidant, anti inflammatory properties. Used as general tonic to improve vitality. Improves female reproductive health, reduce symptoms of menopause.

DOSE

1 tablet twice daily, or as directed by the physician.

EXERCISE AND YOGA

Light and easily digestable food items, simple exercise are advised. Avoid fried food items, junk foods.
