Shipment processing time
Your consultation time will be allowed as per the availability of the slots and preferences you have given.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Except emergency consultations, there is no consultation on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of requests, consultation may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the consultation, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.
Consultation method
Video Calling
You will avail 30 minutes or time confirmed by our team and prescription will be delivered in two working days. Further follow ups and reviews will be as per our panel’s decision.
