METHOD OF PREPARATION
Firstly, we should prepare decoctions as per the procedure. In this sesamum oil should be added. Next, we should add the required amount of kalka as in coarse powder form and continues the boiling. When it attains khara paka lakshanas, we can filter it.
DOSE WITH USAGE OF DASAMOOLA AMRUTADI THAILAM
Internally it is given in a dose of 3 – 6ml, once or twice a day, before food, with warm water or warm milk, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor. Can use externally for Nasya, snehavasti, and shirovasti.
