Pathophysiology of blood in urine is based on the cause of the disease. In the case of urinary tract infections, the bacterial infection spreads to the urethra, bladder then finally urethritis, cystitis manifested. The inflammatory changes of the urinary tract may also be caused by chemical irritants and mechanical irritants. In the case of urinary calculi, the blood in urine occurs due to the injuries made by the stone.

Again, he will have to breathe in deeply through the other nostril while the opposite nostril is still closed with the thumb.
