Nimbadi kashayam is indicated for Vidradi ( Skin abscess), Pitha samana and Rakta dooshyam.

All in equal parts

1 Nimba Azadirachta indica
2 Amruta Tinospora cordifolia
3 Viswa Zingiber officinalis
4 Varattu Manjal Curcuma longa
5 Vasa Justicia beddomei
6 Haritaki Terminalia chebula
7 Amalaki Phyllanthus emblica
8 Vibhitaki Terminalia bellerica
9 Patola Trichosanthes lobata
10 Nidigdhika Solanum surattense

   Some vaidyas add Neem more to this combination.

Pharmaceutical form

Decoction 

Dosage:

 For Internal use only

Adults: 10-15 ml of Kashayam / Qwath mixed with 60 ml boiled water twice daily before food or as directed by the physician.

Children: 5 to 10 ml of Kashayam / Qwath mixed with 45 ml boiled water twice daily before food or Arishtas like Khadirarishta or as directed by the physician.

Adjuvant. ( Adjuvants are added as a catalyst to increase the efficacy and avoid any side effects caused) Honey

Diet:
